Submit your application processing fee of $10

To qualify for the grant, your business must provide proof that it is filed as a DBA, Corporation or Non-profit in your State. Your business must gross less than $100,000 in average annual receipts or less, and have less than 200 employees within the previous tax year.
 

** Applicants can be a recipient at the maximum of one grant per year.  Grants are awarded to the business of the entrepreneur, which will be responsible for reporting when filing its annual taxes. Application submissions will not be reviewed without the application processing fee of $10 for processing.
